30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.

Return Conditions

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. After receiving and inspecting the item, Beatbot will process your refund.Returns must include all accessories.

  • Items must include original packaging.
  • For customers wishing for a refund, Beatbot refunds the cost of the ITEM ONLY.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not include all accessories or the original package.
  • Customers may be charged logistic fees and product repair fees if no quality-related issues are found.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Process to return and refund

  • Request a refund. Please email to service@beatbot.com to submit a request; please fill in your product and personal information. Once submitted, Beatbot will reply you within 1 working day.
  • Ship your product. If after Beatbot confirm your product under policy, Beatbot service will send your free ship label via email. Please then send the product to the designated repair service center. After the product is shipped, please email beatbot shipping company and tracking number to help beatbot quickly match your return order.
  • After receiving your product, Beatbot will conduct a thorough inspection. If it is determined that the product has a performance fault found, Beatbot will start the refund or replacement process.Inspection may take 1-3 working days.
  • Refund or replacement.Refund or replacement process may take 3-10 working days.If you have not received the refund or replacement after 14 business days, please contact us via Service@beatbot.com.

Purchase Order Cancellation

  • We accept purchase order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
  • If the order is canceled within24 hours, no fees will be charged.
  • We can not cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
